Things You'll Need:
- Yellow cake mix
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can eagle brand milk
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- Whipped topping
-
Step 1
Mix the Can of cream of coconut with the can of Eagle Brand milk.
-
Step 2
Drain the can of pineapple. Add the juice only to the milk mixture. Set this aside.
-
Step 3
Bake your cake as directed on the package. Allow to completely cool until warm to the touch. Using a straw punch holes through the top of the cake.
-
Step 4
Pour the pineapple/milk/coconut mixture over the cake. Pour slowly to make sure that the mixture goes into the holes you punched with the straw. Allow it to all soak in.
-
Step 5
Spread drained pineapple on top of cake.
-
Step 6
Add whipped topping evenly over top of cake. This will act as the icing. Refrigerate overnight.
-
Step 7
You can set this out for a few hours or eat straight from the refirgerator. It is GREAT either way.
