Make an Amazing Salmon Maranade

Salmon is amazing as it is, but you always think that there is a little more you can do to spice it up. This is an easy marinade, that if you give yourself a few hours to let it sit, you will not be sorry.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Salmon Fillet (1/2 lb)
  • 1/2 Lemon with
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tsp mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  1. Step 1

Now this is very easy if you give the salmon enough time to marinate. What you're going to do is take all of the ingredients and combine them in a sauce pan.

  2. Step 2

Now you should stir all of the ingredients and make sure they are well combined. When it looks like everything is well combined, your going to pour the sauce pan into a plastic bag and put in the salmon fillet.

  3. Step 3

Put the sealed bag into the fridge and leave it for about 3-4 hours. This is the most important part, because it you take it out earlier than you will loose a lot of the flavor that soaks into the fish.

Tips & Warnings
  • The best way to cook this is on the grill, because all of the flavor will stay right with the fillet.
  • Try using various spices to get different flavors. I say this in all of my recipes, and it is very true. Find out the taste of some spices and try substituting for different feels to the food.
