Things You'll Need:
- 1 (lb.) chicken livers
- onion salt, to taste
- 1 Tbl olive or cooking oil
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Accent
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Nutmeg, to taste or dash
- Pepper, to taste or dash
- 2 Tbl Brandy, Sherry or Wine
- 1 stick Butter, melted

Step 1
Place chicken livers in a colander and rinse under cold water to remove any juices.

Step 2
Gently sauté and cook livers in olive oil and salt in a small skillet on top of stove until chicken livers are fork tender. Do not overcook.

Step 3
Mix cooked chicken livers together with other ingredients with beaters or by hand until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Step 4
Place cooked chicken liver mixture in a bowl and chill in refrigerator until slightly firm.
