Beat The Flu

There are many remedies to beat the flu. A natural combination of ways usually will rid the chest of the thick flim associated with Flu in a couple of days. If you find yourself bedridden for more than 48 hours, you probably should see a doctor for the flu is short of pneumonia. Check out the simple tip in this article that works wonders if you use it immediately upon symptoms of a flu.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

IMMEDIATELY at the first symptom of chest pain purchase Vitamin C. You will need a 1000 mg time released version in a non gelatin capsule form. Make sure it is straight up Rose Hips; without other added vitamins and minerals.

  2. Step 2

TAKE TWO 1000 mg time released vitamin C capsules and then ONE every hour for three hours, ONE 3 hours later and again before turning in for bed or during the middle of the night if there is more than a 6 hour time span after the last dosage taken.

  3. Step 3

The next day take TWO midday, ONE early evening or late afternoon and ONE again before going to bed. If still completely out of it after these two days and you haven't been yet, you probably should go to a Doctor's office.

  4. Step 4

If you have much less symptoms after this regimen along with others you maybe using such as resting, drinking fluids and or hot teas, you can break down to TWO VITAMIN C's for the next couple of days. Take ONE during mid afternoon and ONE before resting.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be careful with full blown flu, it can turn into bronchitis, pneumonia and asthma attacks if you have the predisposed condition.
