Do you like fruit? You have to try this easy recipe. There are several variations of this fruit salad. Feel free to substitute any kind of firm, easy to slice fruit. Yummy!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bowl and mixing spoon
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 small bundle of red seedless grapes
  • 1 small bundle of green seedless grapes
  • 6 oz of Maraschino Cherries
  • 3 oz of halved or pieces of walnut (optional)
  • Coconut flakes
  1. Step 1
    Orange
    Orange

    Peel orange. Tear slices apart. Cut the slices of the orange into bite size pieces. Add to large bowl.

  2. Step 2
    Banana
    Banana

    Peel banana. Slice banana into bit size pieces. Add to large bowl.

  3. Step 3
    Apple
    Apple

    Remove the skin of apple. Core the apple. Slice the apple and cut slices into bit size pieces. Add to large bowl.

  4. Step 4
    Kiwi
    Kiwi

    Peel and slice kiwi. Cut slices into bit size pieces. Add to large bowl.

  5. Step 5
    Grapes
    Grapes

    Slice grapes in half. Add to large bowl.

  6. Step 6
    Cherries
    Cherries

    Slice Maraschino cherries in half. Add to large bowl.

  7. Step 7

    Add 3 oz of walnut halves or pieces to large bowl. Add a small handful of coconut flake to large bowl.

  8. Step 8

    Gently toss all ingredients together in large bowl. Refrigerate to co-mingle juices. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also try adding a can of pineapple or mango for tropical taste.
  • Before serving to your guest, be sure to check for any allergic reactions. Some people may have allergic reaction to kiwi, cherries, or walnuts.
