How to make Vegetarian Pot Stickers

These yummy little treats have been enjoyed throughout the cultures and years. This variety is sure to add to an interesting dinner conversation.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of whipping cream
  • 2 corn on the cobbs
  • 1 box of phyllo dough (found in the frozen food section of the grocery store)
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of parmasan cheese shredded
  1. Step 1
    Dough

    Thaw out the phyllo dough for at least five hours prior to prep. Do not put it in the microwave because bad things WILL happen and your dough will be unusable.

  2. Step 2

    Second, mix in a bowl:

    1 egg
    feta cheese
    whipping cream or cream cheese
    green onions
    corn that has been de-cobbed and boiled for 5 minutes and cooled
    parmesan cheese

  3. Step 3

    Unfold the dough. Cut the dough in half.

  4. Step 4

    Take one sheet of the dough and move to counter top. Brush one side with butter.

  5. Step 5

    Fold in half, then in half again.

    Add a tablespoon of the mixture to the center of your dough square.

    fold up the sides of the dough until it looks like a small purse bag.

    Brush your "purses" with butter and put in the oven in muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until tops are browned.
