Are you tired of plain old iced coffee but don’t want to spend the money on a classier drink? Here’s a quick way to make your iced coffee taste as sophisticated as one of those soy mint chi skinny latte things.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Iced Coffee
  • Splenda
  • Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 and 1/2
  1. Step 1

Buy or make some iced coffee. This can be iced coffee from your favorite vendor or a new recipe that you found (by searching eHow, of course).

  2. Step 2

Leave lots of room in your cup. Order/Fill the cup about 2/3 – 3/4 of the way.

  3. Step 3

Assuming that you have a 24oz Coffee (A Starbucks Venti), add 2 packets of splenda, 10 shakes of nutmeg, and 2 shakes of cinnamon. Mix well.

  4. Step 4

Fill the cup the rest of the way with 1/2 and 1/2 (substitutes can be used if you wish, but stick with 1/2 and 1/2 if you have no preference). Mix well.

  5. Step 5

Enjoy a great new taste from your iced coffee without spending $4.00 on a specialty drink!

Tips & Warnings
  • The best coffee shop to make this drink at is Starbucks for the sole reason that they always have the ingredients available. The Coffee Bean has nutmeg in the winter time and Peet's Coffee sometimes has nutmeg. However, if you're making this at home this isn't a problem.
  • If you like this drink, remember that refills at Starbucks are free with a registered Starbucks Gift Card, so you can drink it all day long for free if you like.
