I hope this helps all you expectant moms out there... I know what it's like to suffer in silent screams... Ouch my back! So let's get started. Lavender oil is great for relaxing.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pillows
  • You
  • Time
  • The ability to move
  • A bath or shower
  • A person to rub your back, feet, and legs.
  1. Step 1

    1. Put pillows under belly, between legs, feet, arms, and neck/head, rest one behind you under the back. Sleep when tired. Take naps. Change positions and adjust pillows.

    2. Try pelvic tilts, ask a dr or read a book, or a video about pregnant exercises.

    3. Take a warm bath or shower.

  2. Step 2

    4. Get some one to massage your back.

    5. Have someone rub your feet and legs.

    6. Add aroma therapy to your bath and relax.

    7. Try a hot water bottle wrapped in cloth against the spot of pain.

    8. Try a cool pack also in cloth.

  3. Step 3

    9. Don't drink tea unless it is for pregnant women. Regular tea can contain things that make back pain worse.

    10. Tylonol is a girls best friend.

    11. Tiger balm avalable at most drug stores and markets. Have it rubbed into the sore muscles.

    12. Realize your limitations and embrace them. Don't over do stuff.

Tips & Warnings
  • See your dr.
  • Don't do it if your dr does not approve.
