When your skin dries out during the wintertime, making changes to your normal routine might not be enough. Here are some tips on how to look glamorous with winter make-up tips.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Foundation: consider using a foundation that has a moisturizer in it, or using a tinted moisturizer prior to applying foundation. This will help your foundation go on much more smoothly and look flawless.

  2. Step 2

Application: during the winter, ditch make-up sponges. The sponges soak up moisturizers on your skin. When applying foundation during winter, consider using a foundation brush as opposed to a make-up sponge.

  3. Step 3

Color: winter time is a great time to experiment with new colors. Consider sugar plum eyes and vibrant shadows. While the weather outside might be frightful, it's your chance to shine when experimenting with colors in your make-up.

  4. Step 4

Lips: your lips can become very dried out during the wintertime. Get a lipstick with an added moisturizer or apply a tinted gloss over your favorite lipstick to keep your color shiny and your lips healthy.

  5. Step 5

Powder it up: add a bit of bronzer to your face once you have finished applying your make-up. This will give you a sun-kissed hue and really make your face look gorgeous.
