Opening your Mac computer in just four easy steps!

  1. Step 1
    Position you want Mac in

    Place your Mac computer on a table top in front of you with the apple facing away from you. Make sure the Mac has been charged or that it is plugged into a power source that is on and in working order.

  2. Step 2

    Locate the smaller of the two long ovals (the one in the center of the computer directly in line with the apple is the one you want - not the one large enough to insert a disc into) that is facing you on the Mac and press it in. The computer should pop open.

  3. Step 3

    Located next to the delete key on the key pad is a round circle- it is the only round button you will see once the Mac is opened. Press and hold for 3 seconds and the Mac will turn on.

  4. Step 4

    You will know it is on when you see the blue screen with your icons.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure the batter on your computer has been charged. If it has not been charged, make sure the Mac is plugged in.
  • Do not use while eating or drinking - you don't want to spill anything on your Mac!
