Create a Stunning Gift Basket

Gift baskets are my favorite thing to make! It doesn't matter if your making one for a family member, a girlfriend at work, or that special someone. They are sure to rave over the time and effort you spent creating it. Their are also Many different types of gifts baskets you can create, girls night it, spa at home ,or an erotic kit for a sexy evening in the bedroom. I will show you how to make a basket that will be sure to wow the women in your life.

Things You'll Need:

Basket or large purse even a box
tissue paper
goodies
cellophane wrapping
ribbon
scissors
anything else you think that would put a finishing touch to gift basket.

Step 1

The key to making a beautiful basket is simple. You will need a large basket big enough to hold lotions, candy or other goodies you may be filling the basket with. In fact you don't have to use a basket at all it can be a large purse that is very girlie, a decorated or gift wrapped box, Something pink, with crystals, ribbon, etc... and some fun tissue paper (polka dots, or floral work well. Be creative the more unique the better. Next start choosing the items you will want to fill the basket with. make sure you have enough things to make the basket look full.
Step 2

This is a good idea I came up with for women who rave over Sex and the City! If you have the extra money, you can buy the entire Sex and the City T.V. series on DVD, or you can go out and buy the movie (for around $20.00 anywhere where DVDs are sold.) While you are out, go pick up some popcorn, wine, chocolate, and any other treats the lady in your life will enjoy. Arrange all of your items neatly in the basket and include a card that she is to host a girl's day/night at her place to spend some down time with her girlfriends. This is especially a great Christmas gift if you have children and your significant other does not have a lot of extra time to spend with her friends. If you want to include a gift card for pizza, Chinese, etc. so they can order in when they're hanging out, that is a great extra touch.
Step 3

Next you will want to get some large cellophane wrapping. You can purchase this at any retail store such as wal-mart in rolls, or it may come already come as measured squares. They also usually come in different designs such as hearts or swirls, etc.. Center the basket in the cellophane then pull upwards to cover the top, you will want to make it tight, gather it and take some ribbon and curl it with scissors to close it. Make the top look full by adding more ribbon curls and layer them to create a beautiful look.
Step 4

And that's it wait for the special moment to give the gift to your loved one. I'm positive they will be so surprised you created such a exquisite gift for them, and will love to be pampered!
