Gifting a fabulous gift for the entire family need not be costly. Follow these easy instructions for a heartfelt gift that will endure for seasons to come!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pen
  • Paper
  • Tissue paper
  • Gift bags/boxes
  • List of recipients
  1. Step 1

Travel to your local variety store, purchase plenty of gift bags or other type of vessel to contain your heartfelt message. Also, pick up tissue paper for stuffing the opening of the gift bag.

  2. Step 2

Next, be thinking of a simple, yet creative way to convey your message to the recipients. It could be something as simple as a type or hand written note on a plain piece of paper. Or perhaps you choose to be more elaborate with stencils, glitter, glue, markers or stickers.

  3. Step 3

However you have chosen to craft your note, it is time to slip it into the gift bag and close it by filling the opening with tissue. Simply fold the tissue in half, tuck the folded side down into the bag, allowing the corners to poke out.

  4. Step 4

    HINT:
It is the thought that counts here. Some key words pertain to the season, such as; Celebrate, Faith, Joy, Peace, Rejoice ... the list is limitless. No matter what the choice, the gift is generally well received.

Tips & Warnings
  • Have everyone open their gift from you together
  • Encourage the kids to help with making these gifts
  • Also may hand-make the container rather than purchasing
  • This type of gift may become addictive/fun
  • Imaginations may go awry
  • Children may catch on to the true meaning
