Select four songs to sing on your caroling event. You will want to sing two verses from two songs per house. It is a good idea to choose one soft song to start with and an upbeat jingle to end.

  2. Step 2
    Invitations

Create unique invitations using index cards with two verses of each song printed on them. Punch a hole in the corner of each card and bind them by tying a candy cane with ribbon laced through the holes.

  3. Step 3

Have guests gather at your home about thirty minutes before you intend to set out caroling. A good time to plan this event is a short time after supper, during the week. More people will likely be home at this time.

  4. Step 4
