Choose Fun Christmas Party Themes

Have a great holiday by choosing a fun Christmas party theme. Your friends and family will have a blast, and your party will be a long cherished memory.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Begin by brainstorming ideas about fun Christmas party themes. Think about what kind of inside jokes you share with your friends and go from there. You're sure to come up with some odd and unique ideas by thinking about what it is that makes you laugh.

  2. Step 2

Choose something like an Ugly Sweater Christmas party. Everyone has an old ugly Christmas sweater lying around the house that they would never dare to wear. Tell your friends to wear an ugly Christmas sweater and bring a pot luck dish.

  3. Step 3

Throw a Redneck Christmas party. Have your friends bring dishes such as mashed potatoes and gravy, fried chicken and PBR beer. They can also dress accordingly. Make Boone's Farm martinis and line the rim with a blue pixie stick. The more you think about the theme, the more ideas will come.

  4. Step 4

Set up a central place decorated as your theme for your guests to take photos. If you are having an Ugly Sweater party, you can simply take pictures in front of the Christmas tree. For a Redneck Christmas party, you could have your guests take photos while wearing a mullet wig or something equally appropriate.

Tips & Warnings
  • Before the party is over, ask your friends to come up with good theme ideas for next year's Christmas party.
