Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • A word document program
  1. Step 1

Open up Microsoft Word or another word document.

  2. Step 2

Find the icon that says "insert", scroll down to "picture".

  3. Step 3

If you want to insert an image from clipart select "clipart" and choose your picture then select insert or another option your program might have to add the picture to your document.

  4. Step 4

If you want to insert a picture saved onto your computer highlight "from file" instead of "clipart". If your picture is in a disk drive, browse to disk drive where your 3½ disk or Zip disk is located.

  5. Step 5

Double click on the file you want to insert and it should appear in your document.

  6. Step 6

If the image you want is saved to your computer, instead of browsing to disk drive browse to "my documents" and then to where ever you saved your picture to. Once you found your picture, double click on the file and it should appear in your document.

Tips & Warnings
  • When saving your photos make sure that you name your photo yourself and remember where you saved it to so that you will easily be able to access it later.
