Step 1
Step OneFirst, unwrap and collect all your wrappers, being carefull not to rip them. Smooth and lay them out flat, one on top of the other, so that the corners show; that is, that they all lay differently from the previous wrappers.
-
Step 2
Step TwoThen, place them all on the palm of your hand, or on a flat suface, and using your free hand place the tip of one finger in the center of the stack. Finding the form of your finger from the opposite side, shape the wrapper around the very end of your finger.
-
Step 3
Step ThreeOnce you have the basic structure, and none of the wrappers are falling out, remove your finger and pinch the 'stem' or the dip you just created so that it comes tightly together, leaving all the folded corners loose.
-
Step 4
Step FourFinally, you can shape the corners to represent the petals of a flower.

on 12/19/2008 Oh my gosh! I think you read my mind! I was cleaning out my drawers last night and come across a huge pile of candy wrappers that I always thought I could use, but never did. You've given me the perfect idea. I bet you can guess what everybody is going to get instead of bows on their holiday gifts ;-)
