Employee training and development #3: Rewards. Reward your customer service representatives by the amount of products they sell. This will motivate them into doing things better and trying to sell more products. This is a win-win situation for your employees and you the owner.

Have a feedback box in your store so that customers can leave suggestions and complains. Good customer service is the result of listening to your customers.

Review your current customer service plans and implement changes as needed to better serve your customers. Customer service plans must be reviewed and updated when needed.
