Make Fiesta Cheese Fondue

If you're looking for a great combination of nachos and fondue then look no further! Fiesta Cheese Fondue will satiate every part of your hunger.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A fondue pot
  • Ingredients
  1. Step 1

So to begin, make sure you have your fondue pot, and then go ahead and get the ingredients, which are:
1.5 to 2 cups worth of cheddar cheese
1/3 of a cup of beer (if you want to be authentic use Mexican beer)
    slight bit of worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon of mustard powder
    slight bit of cayenne pepper
Dippers (in this case I highly suggest getting some tortilla chips, in addition to bread, apples or whatever you please)

  2. Step 2

Now comes the fun part! Turn up the fondue pot to a temperature good enough to melt the cheese just how you want it, then add in the beer, following with the cheese. Mix everything up just the way you want it.

  3. Step 3

Finally you should put in everything else there is to mix, and once that is properly mixed and prepared, then go ahead and eat!

Tips & Warnings
  • Remember that tortilla chips are a great addition for this fondue!
