Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 flour
- 1/4 salt
- 1/2 butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup peach pie filling
- 1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 9 inch springform pan
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- waxed paper

Step 1
Combine flour and salt in medium mixing bowl.

Cut in butter with flour and salt mixture. Blend until it has formed pea sized pieces.

Mix milk and egg yolk. Add milk and egg to flour mixture, forming a ball. Add more milk if needed to form ball.

Roll dough out on floured waxed paper to fit 9 inch springform pan. Slip dough off of waxed paper and into pan. Bake at 425 for 20 min. or until lightly browned. Cool to touch.

Step 5
Mix 2 Tbsp of gel from pie filling and 1/4 tsp almond extract into cream cheese. Gently spread cream cheese mixture onto baked tart. Spread remaining pie filling on top.

Chill of at least 1 hour. Cut into wedges and serve.
