Step 1
The first thing you will need to do is become a skinner. Skinning enables you to find all sorts of items that other players need to make certain items and food. At the higher levels, you can find stacks of Borean leather, which regularly sell for 30-50 gold at the auction house.

Another great item that earns a lot of money on the auction house is Rhino meat. The rhinos are found just outside of warsong keep, and in large groups. Use an AE spell and rack up the kills. This is also a great way to get experience, if you are still trying to get to level 80. Stacks of Rhino meat can sell for 60-90 gold each.

Step 3
Really any type of meat is a great way to go. If you find meat on a corpse, never settle for a merchants price. Save it for the auction house and really rack up the money. Don't forget about leveling up your tradeskills either. Skinning is a great way to earn lots of money later on.
