This is a great snack where it is relatively easy to prepare, and you can just munch on it for a while, depending on how much you make. This works best if you pop your own corn, without butter and without anything else.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Popping corn
  • Popcorn Popper
  • Chocolate Chips (Milk, Dark, White, whatever you like most)
  • Caramel
  1. Step 1

You need to measure out about two to three cups of popping corn, depending on how much popcorn you want to make. About one cup of popping corn will make a good sized bowl of popcorn. This is the best way to do this because then you can add your own butter without stuff already on there.

  2. Step 2

After the popcorn is out of the popper, you can start adding your own toppings to it. For this, getting the spray butter is the best way to put butter on. At the same time you are doing this, you are going to want to be melting the chocolate.

  3. Step 3

To melt the chocolate, it is best to use a double boiler, because burnt chocolate is the worst. Once the chocolate is melted, pay the popcorn out on a baking sheet on top of a sheet of wax paper. After that, you take your chocolate and spoon it out on top of the popcorn and make sure you cover all of the popcorn. After you have spooned out all of the chocolate, you can drizzle caramel over the popcorn, or whatever fixing you want, such as crumbled candy cane and various other things. Let it cool for an hour or so, than pick them up and put them in a bowl for eating.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use other fixing such as candy cane, mint, caramel, chocolate sauce, peanut butter sauce.
  • Don't burn the chocolate.
