Things You'll Need:
- White vellum
- Scissors
- Decorative edge scissors
- Paper punch
- 1/4 inch satin ribbon
- Reinforcement labels (stationary)
- Brass brads
- Silk flower heads
- Craft knife
- Votive candle holder

Step 1
Cut three 4-inch squares.

Step 2
Mark four dots, spaced evenly apart, on one side of a vellum square. Repeat on the opposite side of the square. Paper punch each of the marks. Repeat for the other two squares.

Apply the reinforcement labels over the punched holes on both sides of the vellum.

Cut a 1/4-inch slit in the center of each vellum square.

Take apart a silk flower bud, leaving you with single layers of petals. Place one petal over a slit and insert a brass brad through the petal center and slit. Fasten the brad on the back of the vellum square. Repeat for the other two squares.

Cut an 18-inch piece of ribbon. Place two squares with the backs together. Starting at the bottom, lace one side of the square sides together. End with a bow and trim the ends.

Cut two more pieces of ribbon. Open the laced squares and position the other square between, matching the unlaced sides. Lace both sides of the square to the other two.

Place the vellum shade over the candle holder.

Cut a 2-inch wide-by-7-inch long piece of vellum using the decorative edged scissors.

Cut a 1/4-inch slit in the center of the strip.

Take apart a silk flower bud. Place one petal over the slit and insert a brass brad through the petal center and slit. Fasten the brad on the back of the vellum strip.

Overlap the short ends of the strip an inch. Paper punch two holes through the overlap.

Cut a 12-inch length of ribbon. Thread the ribbon through the holes and tie a bow. Trim the ends.

Cut a 3-inch wide-by-11-inch long strip of vellum using the decorative edged scissors.

Measure 4 inches from each end. Score across the strip at these measurements. Fold on the score lines.

Cut a 1/4-inch slit in the middle of one 3-inch-by-4-inch side.

Take apart a silk flower bud. Place one petal over the slit and insert a brass brad through the petal center and slit. Fasten the brad on the back of the vellum strip.

Bring the short ends together and paper punch two holes, side-by-side, through the two layers.

Cut a 12-inch length of ribbon. Thread the ribbon through the holes and tie a bow. Trim the ends. Slide a ring box or a small gift box into the gift wrapper.
