How to Get Your Internet Connection Faster

This article will briefly explain how you can increase your internet speed. If it has recently been slowing down and you would like to speed up your internet, follow these steps.

1. Some websites install cookies and save their webpages onto your computer for when you access them later. After awhile, these start to build up and can actually slow down your internet. To clean these off of your computer you should click on the TOOLS tab in your internet explorer. Then go to internet options and delete all OFFLINE content.

2. Spyware and adware can really slow down your computer as well. Not only that, but you often get annoying pop ups as well. Go to google and type in spyware or adware and you should get several results of programs that get rid of these nasty things. My favorite are Spybot S&D short for search and destroy, and Adaware. Make sure everytime you use these programs that you update the definitions, there are always new things coming out that old definitions won't catch.

3. Lastly, if your internet is still extremely slow and you can't bear it, you may have a computing problem. Try disabling the graphics on your browser and windows. Things won't look as nice or the same, but your load times will be reduced and it will still have all the data that you need.
