Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Get to the chair or bench as quickly as possible.
Step2
Develop a relaxation technique, like controlling your breathing or focusing on an object.
Step3
Hydrate with water or your favorite sports drink.
Step4
Relax the major muscle groups.
Step5
Towel off your forehead and arms.
Step6
Focus in on strategy for the next two games.
Step7
Walk back out on the court with a positive gait that exudes confidence.

Tips & Warnings

  • Think about changing your shirt.
  • Have a piece of fruit or an energy bar to chew on.
  • Keep a positive attitude even if things aren't going well at first.
