Step 1
Outlet Shopping. A lot of very popular stores have absolutely spectacular outlets with ludicrous discounts; take a day off work to beat the rush and get all your shopping done at once. Look for outlet malls on the links below!
-
Step 2
Use What You Already Have. No, not like regifting! Do you have a AAA membership? It can save you money at many outlet malls and other stores besides, including on movie tickets and gift certificates. How about your credit card? Many credit cards offer discount deals with specific brands. Log on to your card's site to check.

Step 3
Bake it up. The holiday season usually has me and mine visiting many people's houses, and my mother always taught me to bring something along. Now a bottle of wine per holiday party or dinner party starts to add up quickly, so bake a massive ration of long-lasting cookies like biscotti to last you through the holiday season. Use them for a hostess gift or to let a friend know you're thinking of them without breaking the bank.
-
Step 4
Give Photo Gifts. I think photo gifts are some of the sweetest to receive. Go onto Walmart.com or Shutterfly and make cheap photobooks; you can make copies for all of your friends that went on that cruise together, or give your extended family mini books of last year's holiday photos. They are inexpensive and totally personal.
-
Step 5
Search for Coupons. When buying something online, type in the product name and "coupons" on google. There are sites that troll the internet for applicable coupon codes and they'll offer them up for free. It's worth checking twice!
