This will help you to make one of the best lasagna ever!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2lbs ground beef
  • one pack lasanga noodle
  • one lbs of shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 16 oz. rocotta cheese
  • your choice of spaghetti sauce (homeade the best option)
  1. Step 1

First take your ground hamburger meat and season and brown it in a skillet on the stove top. While browning the meat you can be boiling your lasagna noodle in a pan of boiling water.

  2. Step 2

Once the meat is browned, drain the grease from it and then add the spaghetti sauce and ricotta cheese and mix well.

  3. Step 3

Once you have that all mixed well check on your noodle and strain them and make sure to drain all the access water off.

  4. Step 4

Now its time to layer in a casserole or a simple square rectangular cake pan. Start off by taking enough meat sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. Then layer your noodle leaving no sauce uncovered. Repeat with the sauce again. Then mozzarella cheese (enough to cover most of the sauce) then you repeat again with the noodle, sauce , mozzarella until you have 3-4 layers...

  5. Step 5

The last layer should be lathered in mozzarella cheese covering the top of the lasagna. Have your oven pre heated to 350 degrees and bake for thirty minutes or until cheese is golden brown on the sides..

  6. Step 6

Let stand five minutes and then serve. One pan should make twelve normal serving sizes.

Tips & Warnings
