- Christmas fabric
- Red embroidery floss
- Embroidery needle
- Stuffing
- Hot glue gun
- Flat button
- Lightweight cardboard
- Ruler

- Matching thread

Draw a 3 1/2-inch line, horizontally, on lightweight cardboard. Find the center of this line at 1 3/4 inches. Measure up from this center 3 1/2 inches. Connect the ends of the first line with the end of the second line to create an equilateral triangle. Cut out the tree pattern.

Trace around the tree pattern on two pieces of the Christmas fabric with the wrong sides together. Pin the fabric together and cut out the tree.

Sew a 1/4-inch seam allowance on two sides of the tree, leaving the third side open. Insert the stuffing into the tree and sew the third side closed using a 1/4-inch seam allowance.

Place the baby block in an upright and front-view position. Apply hot glue to the top of the block. Center the seam of one side of the tree over the top of the block and press firmly into the hot glue until it has cooled.

Thread the red embroidery floss on the embroidery needle and insert it through the tip of the baby block Christmas tree ornament. Cut the ends of the thread 3 inches. Bring the ends together and knot.them to form the hanger.
