"Sink the Battleship" is a drinking game best played with small groups in a bar setting. The object of most drinking games is to get as drunk as possible, and "Sink the Battleship" is no exception. It is a drinking game that can only be played with beer. Exercise caution when playing this drinking game, and never play "Sink the Battleship" alone. Drinking games can be dangerous if someone in your party is a binge drinker or an alcoholic, so be careful to stress moderation to the players of the game.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pitcher of beer
  • Glasses of beer
  1. Step 1

Organize players. Each player must have a glass of the same type of beer. The beer will be mixed, so it is best that the players use clean glasses.

  2. Step 2

Set up the playing area. "Sink the Battleship" should be played on a flat surface or table, with a half-full pitcher of beer in the center.

  3. Step 3

Float an empty glass on the beer in the pitcher. To ensure the glass doesn't tip over, you may have to pour a small amount of beer into the glass before the game starts.

  4. Step 4

Decide who will go first. The player who goes first has an advantage, because they can decide to pour as little or as much beer as they want without having the fear of sinking the glass.

  5. Step 5

Rotate game play clockwise. Each player takes turns pouring as much or as little of their beers into the floating cup. The player to sink the cup, or "battleship," is the loser. The loser must pull the glass out of the pitcher and drink the entire glass of beer. The player to the right of the loser goes first in the second round.
