Things You'll Need:
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup 7-up soda
- 1 3oz. package pistaschio instant pudding
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix your cake mix as the box directs.

Mix in slowly your box of instant pstaschio pudding, pecans, coconut, 7-up soda. Beat an additional few minutes to make sure everything is thoroughly mixed.

Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan 30 to 40 minutes or until cake bounces back when lightly touched. Cool completely on a bakers rack.

Optional frosting:
2 3oz. packages of dry whipped topping mix (dream whip)
1 package pistachio pudding (instant)
1 1/2 cups milk
mix until thickened and apply to cake when cooled. Top with additional nuts and coconut.
