Things You'll Need:
- Open Mind in changing your menu
- Meat, Vegetables, & Beans
-
Step 1
Avoid eating anything white - this includes anything that use to be white. The only time that it is ok to eat carbs (pasta, potatoes, rice, bread, etc) is within 1-1/2 hours after working out. It's worth it for the weight loss.
-
Step 2
Eat protein at every meal. Good sources include chicken breast, beef, pork, and eggs.
-
Step 3
Try an assortment of beans for fiber.Eat beans. There is a huge variety of beans available, get creative. Black beans, refried beans, baked beans (watch the sugar), pinto beans, kidney beans, and lintels should get your started. The fiber will keep you full so you are not hungry while on this diet.
-
Step 4
Eat plenty of vegetables.Get vegetables. Fresh, canned, or frozen. Eat them at every meal. Remember, it takes more vegetables to feel full than it does bread or pasta. Don't skimp on vegetables. They are healthy and contribute to your weight lose.
-
Step 5
Eat as much of the protein, beans, and vegetables as you wish. You will NOT go hungry on this diet. Eat 3-6 times a day. Starving yourself doesn't work and is not healthy. This diet works and without ever being hungry.
-
Step 6
Do not drink calories. This means no soda, milk, or juice. Don't all of the unsweetened drinks, crystal light, or diet soda that you want. Water is the best option.
-
Step 7
The Key is to repeat 3-4 meals everyday for 6 days straight. You must keep it regular, and simple. Add as much seasoning as you wish, salsa is a great addition as well. Just repeat the same meals over and over.
-
Step 8
Eat whatever you want on Day 7!On day 7, eat whatever you want. Yes, you heard me right. Eat all the carbs, fatty foods, soda, ice cream, chocolate, etc. that you want. Get the urge out of your system once a week. Scientifically, the reason for this is to ensure that your metabolic rate doesn’t down regulate from extended caloric restriction. It resets your body so that it doesn't start holding onto fat. Follow these simple steps to your weight lose goals.
