Things You'll Need:
- 1 3/4 Whole Wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cup White flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of water

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and the white flour. Be sure that you mix completely.

In another bowl, blend the oil, the water, and the salt (you can use onion salt if you desire instead).

Add liquid to dry ingredients, mix it as well as you can, but as little as possible.

Roll the dough as thin as you possibly can on unrolled cookie sheet.

Mark each cracker with a knife for the size that you want, but don't cut all the way through it.

Poke each cracker a few times with a fork or tooth pick.

Sprinkle the crackers very lightly with salt.

Step 8
Bake the dough at 360 for 30 minutes.

Cool.

Step 10
Separate into individual crackers.

Enjoy! You can now make dip if you so desire.
