Make Baseball Trading Cards

Baseball trading cards are a popular hobby among baseball fans. Show how much you love your favorite sports teams with a little personalization. Make baseball trading cards with your favorite players.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Card Stock
  • Scissors
  • Sports Magazine or Newspaper
  • Glue or Tape
  • Pencil or Pen
  1. Step 1

Cut a rectangle out of cardstock paper in the size you would like to make your baseball trading cards. Cardstock is thicker than regular paper which will make for a sturdier trading card.

  2. Step 2

Find a picture of your favorite player in a sports magazine or newspaper and cut it out. The picture should be small enough to fit on the cardstock paper you have cut out and still allow you to write around the image.

  3. Step 3

Attach the image to the cardstock paper with glue or tape. Write the name of the sports player on the top of your baseball trading cards.

  4. Step 4

Research the sports stats of your favorite player and write them on the back of the baseball trading cards you are making.

Tips & Warnings
  • Have your friends make baseball trading cards too so that you can trade.
  • Ask permission if the magazine is not yours before you begin cutting images out of it.
