Lemon Cream Cheese Pie is so easy.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Six Lemons
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie shell
  • vanilla flavoring
  • condensed milk
  • cream cheese
  1. Step 1

You can make a quick and simple pie for the holidays, or anytime that you may need to stir up a quick pie, that everyone will love.

  2. Step 2

Get a Graham Craker Pied shell from the store. Or make one up at home, they are pretty easy to make. Just grind up the graham crackers, mix with butter, and pat them into your pie plate. Set in the refrigerator to chill and get firm.

  3. Step 3

Now, for the pie. You will need one standard size package of cream cheese. Let it set out on the cabinet to come to room temperature. No need to rush that part. The softer it is, the easier you can stir it right into your mix.

  4. Step 4

One can condensed milk. Stir the cream cheese and the milk together until it is well mixed. Add one teaspoonful of vanilla extract. Stir until mixed.

  5. Step 5
    Lemon
    Lemon

Cut the lemons in half and squeeze into a seperate bowl. A seperate bowl avoids getting the seeds into your pie. I used six lemons, and mine was just a little tart, but still very tasty.

  6. Step 6

Mix the lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture. Take your time, and stir it in good. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Refrigerate for an hour or longer. Your pie is ready to serve. I usually let mine set for a little longer and sometimes even overnight.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't add more than six lemons unless you want it really tart.
