How to Decorate a Christmas Tree

Decorating the Christmas Tree is a holiday tradition everyone loves. Here you will finds the the basic steps you should take when decorating your tree this holiday season.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Christmas Tree
• Lights- 1 or 2 strings
• Garland
• Ornaments
• Tree skirt
• Tree topper

1. Get your Christmas tree up.

2. Depending on the size of your tree, you may need two strings of lights. Starting at the bottom, wrap your string of Christmas lights around your tree. Make sure they are plugged in, so you can see if the lights are evenly spaced on the tree.

3. Next you can wrap you garland around the tree. Also make sure that it is evenly spaced.

4. Now comes the fun part! Time to put all those special ornaments on. Don't forget the tree topper, it may be a angel or something else you find special.

5. If you have a real tree,you might want to vacuum up any needles that may have fallen off in the decorating process. Then you can lay out your tree skirt. If you don't have one, you can always use a sheet.

6. The last step is to simply enjoy your beautiful tree.

• Always unplug your tree when you are asleep, or not at home to prevent a fire.
