Things You'll Need:
- 1 can minced clams, or fresh
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp parsley, or parsley flakes
- 1/4 lb butter, softened (1 stick)
- 1 tsp oregano
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- Parmesean cheese, to taste
- dash of Paprika
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (plain is better)
- 4 oz Cabot Vermont Cheddar Cheese, grated

Step 1
Simmer minced clams, and juice with lemon juice in small pan on top of stove for 5 minutes.

Step 2
In a small bowl, combine onion, garlic, parsley, butter, Oregano and Tabasco sauce. Mix with clams and lemon juice.

Add 1/2 cup of the seasoned bread crumbs. Put mixture in shallow baking dish and cover with 4 ounces of the grated cheddar cheese.

Step 4
Sprinkle top with additional parmesean cheese and paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for approximately 20 minutes.
