Would you like to send a Christmas card to someone in our military this year? Here's how to join thousands of others doing just that!

Things You'll Need:

• Christmas card
• Postage Stamp
• Internet

1. 
   Writing Hand

   Select a favorite Christmas card. Then personalize the greeting by adding your handwritten Christmas wishes.

2. 
   Browser

   Navigate to redcross.org/holidaymail for the mailing address and specific instructions. This resource will be listed below. For this particular Holiday Mail for Heroes event, avoid sending anything inside the card, such as glitter, a phone card or a letter. If you would like to send special items, be sure to choose another campaign by the American Red Cross designed to handle additional gift-giving.

3. 
   Mailbox

   Place a postage stamp on the envelope and mail your Christmas card.

   Christmas Family

   Encourage your family and friends to send a Christmas greeting too. It is a great family project that shares the joy of Christmas in a special way with those who serve our country every day of the year.

Tips & Warnings

• The Christmas card must be postmarked by December 10, 2008 or it will be returned to you.
