Step 1
Macaroni Salad is fairly simple to make. I added something extra, "Shrimp", it really makes it tasty. You will need, 1 Pound of Jumbo Shrimp (cooked), 1 Pound Box of Macaroni, 1 1/2 Cups of Mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 small Jar of Green Olives Diced, 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 Table Spoon Horseradish. Make sure after you clean & cook Shrimp that you remove the stem.

Boil Macaroni for about 5-7 minutes, remove and drain, place aside, allow to cool for about an hour (you can refrigerate to speed the process). Place cooked Macaroni in a large mixing bowl, add Salt Pepper, Garlic Powder, Mayonnaise, Horseradish, Diced Olives, mix all ingredients into the Macaroni.

The last step, add your cooked Shrimp to the Macaroni, mix well. As a Garnish you can sprinkle some Parsley on the finished product, or you can use Paprika. You can also add some diced Celery, and Carrots if desired. The Shrimp seems to really bring out the flavor of the Macaroni. Chill Macaroni for at least an hour prior to serving.
