Drinking red wine helps to circulate the blood much, much better just as eating more fiber as a regular routine. CIRCULATION TREATMENT:
Take off your cloths just before taking a shower. Take a nylon hair brush or any special brush you preferred, and brush your entire body, top and bottom, not too hard, brush lightly, your body will start to feel tingling.
