Conference calls are an effective way to have a meeting with others that are not able to attend a face-to-face meeting. It is also a very cost conscious meeting alternative to video conferencing and you don't have to worry about hardware capabilities. Setting up conference calls is easy and can take only minutes. It just requires an 800 number and a PIN, and you are ready to chat.
