Step 1
Holiday Crab Dip will prove to be a big hit among guests. First you will need, 1 Pound Lump Crab meat, 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper, 1 Tablespoon Mayonase,1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, Paprika. Crab meat, tends to be on the expensive side. Sometimes you can find special sales on "Lump" Crab meat during the holiday season.

In large mixing bowl, place Crab meat (after washing thoroughly), Mayonnaise, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, parsley, mix together well. Place in Glass serving bowl. Smooth Dip out evenly. Sprinkle Paprika as a garnish. Cover with foil, place in Refrigerator for about 2 hours. If desired, you can ad some shredded or diced Spanish Onions, even Olives to enhance the taste.

Serve as an appetizer to Holiday Dinner Guests. You can serve the Dip with Plain Crackers or Rye & Garlic Seasoned Crackers. I can guarantee the Crab Dip will be enjoyed by guests. You should receive several compliments on taste, and of course presentation. "Happy Holidays"!!!
