Buy the Slim in 6 series which includes 2 DVD's full of 3 workouts and 2 bonus routines. The idea is to get results in 6 weeks. This works if you stay consistent. You WILL get a great workout and burn some serious calories.

Start the series. Start off with "Start It Up" which will give you the introduction to the moves and to slim training. According to Slim in 6 series, slim training "combines cardio with light resistance moves to help you burn fat and sculpt a lean, sexy body". Do this video until you are ready to go to the next video, "Ramp It Up".

Ramp It Up. This next video will provide a great workout using the moves you learned in Start It Up. This video includes the resistance bands which provide the You can do this video for a few weeks and will start seeing results.

Burn It Up. This is where it kicks into high gear. It is 60 minutes long and your heart rate will stay pretty high due to the whole body workout. This is an intermediate to advanced workout and can be used after the six weeks to maintain.

Be consistent. To really get the results, you will need to complete these videos at least 4 times a week.
