Here is an easy recipe on how to make quick strawberry cheesecake. It's not your usual cheesecake but it is really good. My kids love it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 12oz container of Philadelphia cream cheese, whipped(or another brand)
  • 1 12oz container of cool whip
  • 1 cup of milk(not skim)
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 medium sized can of strawberry filling
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  1. Step 1

You will need a mixer and a medium size bowl. If you don't have a mixer use a whisk or a fork.

  2. Step 2

In a medium size bowl, add your cream cheese, sugar and milk. Stir unitil it is a creamy mixture.

  3. Step 3

Add your cool whip to the mixture and mix well. Make sure that there are no lumps in the batter or else it will not taste as good as it should. Set aside.

  4. Step 4

Put 1/3 of the strawberry filling at the bottom of the graham cracker crust. Smooth evenly at the bottom of the pan.

  5. Step 5

Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth evenly. Be sure to smooth the top. Add strawberry filling to the top of the pie.

  6. Step 6

Chill for four to six hours or until firm.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you don't want to use canned strawberry filling, cut up fresh strawberries and mix with a strawberry glaze. Or if you do't like strawberries you can always use cherries, blueberries or any other fruit you desire.
  • Contains strawberries and milk products.(For people with food allergies)
