Step 1
Cut up your vegetables into skinny little sticks. Things such as carrots celery etc and provide them with a dipping sauce that they can dip their vegetables in. This will make eating those vegetables more fun.

Be honest. Let them see you eat your vegetables. Scrunch up your face and tell them you hate to eat your vegetables too, but you eat them because it makes you healthier, not because they taste good. Your kids may see you as a good role model and might just copy what you do.

Step 3
Juice. If all else fails then you can always juice all of their vegetables and add some apples for sweetness.

Step 4
Make fruit smoothies. All kids love a fruit smoothie. Allow them to help you prepare it by choosing some of the fruits that can go into the smoothie, then pour yourselves a cool glass of health.
