Ingredients:
1 Quart Butter Milk
2 Eggs
3 Cups Flower
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Water -
Step 2
In Large Bowl Mix
3 Cups Flower
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
Mix Well
Add
1 Quart Butter Milk
2 Eggs
Mix Well
Add a little water at a time -
Step 3
If you like your pancakes thin add more water.
Thick add less Water.
You do not need to use all of the 1/4 cup of water
Brown pancakes on one side flip, Brown on other side.
Do not flip them twice this makes pancakes dry and tough.
