If you prepared Thanksgiving Dinner this year, more than likely you have some left overs to deal with. The best way to make use of any leftover food is to have leftovers and use the leftovers in other recipes. For example, if you prepared a Ham for Thanksgiving, leftover Ham makes a great Ham & Macaroni & Cheese Casserole. In addition, Turkey can be eaten in Sandwiches or you can use the remaining Turkey to make soup or Turkey Tetrazzini. There are a number of ways to use those left overs from the Holiday.

If you have Bread & Rolls left, you can try to eat it with your next couple of meals. If you still have some left, you can use the Bread in Meatloaf, Meatballs, or just make Bread Crumbs and freeze them for a later time. Mashed Potatoes, can be reheated or you can make some real tasty "Potato Pancakes". In addition, the same rule applies to any left over "Sweet Potatoes" or "Yams". You can easily make "Sweet Potato Pancakes". Potato Pancakes are easy to make. All you need to do is take your left over Potatoes, Form the Potatoes into a Pancake Shape, Place 2 Tablespoons of Corn Oil in a Skillet, add Potatoes, fry each side for approximately 8 minutes. You may add some diced Onions, Salt, Garlic Powder for extra flavor.

Left over Salad, can either be eaten the next day or use the lettuce in Sandwiches or Tacos. Salad doesn't stay fresh that long after it is opened. Salad normally starts to wilt with in 24 hours after the package is opened. If you have left over Cheeses that are already sliced, you can use them in Omelettes, or shred some of the cheese for Tacos and Enchilada' s. If you decide to make Turkey Tetrazzini, all you need to do is dice the left over Turkey pieces. take 2 cups of Shredded Cheddar, or what ever you have left over, place Cheese in saucepan, add 2 tablespoons Butter, 1 Cup Milk. Stir constantly, once Cheese melts and Milk begins to bubble, turn off and cover. Boil 4 Cups of water add 3 Cups of Fine Egg Noodles, cook 6 minutes, remove from stove. Drain Noodles, add to melted Cheese Mixture. Place mixed Noodles & Cheese in Baking Dish, add some additional Cheese on Top and 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs, Bake for 25 minutes at 350 and serve.
