Things You'll Need:
- all organic
- hummus
- whole wheat pita bread
- tomato
- green olives

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Put the pita on a cookie sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes until it is a little toasted. No need to flip it.

Take pita out of oven. Spread the hummus on the pita just like you would pizza sauce. Top with sliced tomatoes, green olives, or other toppings. You can try artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, olive oil, feta cheese, red peppers, jalapeno, pine nuts, etc. For you meat lovers, top with cooked grilled chicken.

Put back in oven for about 10 minutes. The hummus will darken a little from being in the oven, this is ok. When pizza is done, take out and cut with pizza cutter. I also put some shredded lettuce on top of the pizza when it is done. Enjoy.
