Things You'll Need:

  • love
  1. Step 1

you should tell your friends and family members so that you can get encouragement. then if you're really serious you could go to www.peta.org so that you can get the newsletter that tells you the do's and dont's of being veg. it's also helpful for finding out the healthy alternatives for the different meats.

  2. Step 2

love all animals.(yes all) some vegetarians eat fish sometimes. do they not remember that fish are friends, not food!?! anything with a face is off limits. including nemo. also some eat chicken on occation. BAD!

  3. Step 3

buy lots of tofu. you will learn to love it. it can be a substitute for just about any meat. depending on what you cook it with it will soak up the flavor of everything around it. my personal favorite is to sautee it with some mushrooms and onions then put it on some couscous. add a dash of sesame seeds for decoration and some soysauce on the side.

Tips & Warnings
  • protein levels will decrease but that's why there's eggs, protein bars, and protein shakes, peanuts, and beans.
