Things You'll Need:
- 6 Zucchini skinned
- 3 carrot grated
- 1 small onion chopped up
- 6 chicken bouillion
- 1 can of low sodium chicken soup
- pepper and salt
- grinder
- 8 oz of cream cheese fatfree

Step 1
ZucchiniWash and Peel the zucchini, (keeping the peel on adds a bitter after taste)

fresh carrotsPeel and grate the carrots

Step 3
onionPeel the onion and chop it up

Step 4
cut veggiesadd all the above vegetables and 4 cups of water in a cooking utensil

Step 5
chicken brothpour in the can of chicken broth and the chicken bouillon and boil all of the contents till they are tender

Step 6
blenderPuree the boiled contents in a blender and put the pureed contents back in the utensil and bring to boil

Step 7
cream cheeseAdd in the cream cheese and remove utensil from the heat

Step 8
crackersserve soup warm with a few saltine crackers on the side. Enjoy!
