Things You'll Need:
- 2 cups cut up left over turkey.
- 2 ready made pie crust shells
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup left over stuffing (if available) broke into tiny pieces
- 2 cups left over mashed potatoes, broke into peices (or 2 cups frozen, diced potatoes
- 1 cup left over vegetable, (or 1 cup frozen or canned vegs of your choice.
-
Step 1
Deep dish shells work the bestPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together all of the ingredients above,
and put into a pie crust. Use the second crust to put on the top and pinch the edges of the top crust, with the bottom crust to form a bond. -
Step 2
Make slits on top crustWith a knife, make some slits in the top of the crust to allow steam to escape. Set the pie pan on a cookie sheet when baking, to prevent over flow from burning in your oven.
-
Step 3
Add a salad for extra roughageMake for about 45 minutes, or until crust turns brown. Serve with a salad, and cottage cheese for a balanced meal.
-
Step 4
Cheers, Cheers, CheersWell once again, my article is too short, so eHow says. So I am going to take this opportunity to say Happy Holidays to everyone. I would also like to thank all my eHow friends and readers for helping me make this such a rewarding experience for me. Cheers to us all!

on 12/14/2008 Great article! I love to buy a whole turkey, freeze the meat and use it in several ways through out the week. I especially enjoyed your article extender as I have run into the same problem. Thanks for that tip as well:-)

on 11/27/2008 This really sounds easy and yummy. We make turkey enchiladas too from the frozen turkey meat in January.

on 11/26/2008 Freezing it is a great idea. I think this would be a great way to use up the dark meat. Thanks for the recipe!
