A yam and pineapple dish is just splendid for the Thanksgiving holiday, great for a dish to bring to a family event or just to have as an addition to your usual meal... Something new and something delicious!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Yams, 1 large can
  • 1 can Pineapples, sliced
  • Brown Sugar
  • Salt
  • 1 can cranberry
  1. Step 1

    Warm oven to 350 degrees.
Gather fixings: Pineapple, Yams, Brown sugar, cranberry, salt, (1) 9 X 11 (or so)glass baking pan. You will need a measuring cup, and a teaspoon.

  2. Step 2

Dump Yams from can into the baking pan, making one row of yams at the bottom of the pan. You should use the fluid from the can of yams as well, this will keep moisture in the pan while baking.

  3. Step 3

Add Brown Sugar, about 1 cup over the top of the Yams, also a pinch of salt onto of the Yams.

  4. Step 4

Add pineapple slices to layer onto of the Yams. Dress it up to look uniform.

  5. Step 5

Add Cranberry in teaspoon intervals, it can be placed in the holes of the pineapple or between open spaces around the pineapples.

  6. Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes on 350.

  7. Step 7

    Serve and Chow!!!
